This is a simple side dish recipe that I like to make whenever we have Raclette. They go well with almost everything and are always a hit. The best part of this recipe is how simple it is. You only need three things and they can all be easily found at your local grocery store.
The ingredients:
Mushrooms, bacon cubes (speck würfel), and herb cream cheese (Kräuter Frisch Käse)
Step 1: Take the stems out of the mushrooms and fill the cavity with bacon cubes.
Step 2: Top with herb cream cheese.
Step 3: Bake at 180 Celsius (35o Fahrenheit) for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Enjoy!
