All submissions to the directory will be manually reviewed prior to activation however StationedinGermany.com accepts no liability or responsibility for the accuracy of the information published in the Directory. StationedinGermany.com is able to reject any listing at any time at their discretion. Listing from questionable entities or activities will not be approved.

Free listings are offered and paid listings are available.

Conditions of Listing:

1. To be listed in this directory you must have a physical presence in Germany or provide direct services to American service members in Germany.  If your contact address is outside Germany and we cannot determine what services you provide to service members in Germany, your listing will not be approved.  We will check to ensure the information you have entered with respect to your location is correct.
2. This Business Directory provides the opportunity for visitors to the directory to contact you via multiple means. By listing your business you agree to accept these forms of contact.  StationedinGermany.com takes no responsibility for the information transmitted to you via the form on the website.
3. You agree to ensure that the contact information for your  business is up to date.  You can choose whether or not to display various forms of contact in the directory at the time of submission and you may log in and edit your listing at any time.
4. Your directory listing will expire at the end of the period which coincides with the package you choose. You will be sent an email 10 days prior to that to encourage you to review and renew the listing to ensure it’s up to date and remains visible on the directory. This is to ensure that the information publised in the directory is as up to date as possible.
5. By listing your business you agree, on behalf of the business, to receive periodic emails from StationedinGermany.com.  We will not pass your contact details on to any third parties and will not send you information on behalf of third parties.
6. These terms and conditions may be updated at the discretion of StationedinGermany.com.  If any updates to the terms and conditions relate in any what to your privacy you will be notified by email.
7. Statistics of interactions with this website are kept including the number of times your business listing is displayed in searches of the directory and the number of times your entry is clicked.
