Lichtenstein Castle (German: Schloss Lichtenstein)
A small, but very picturesque and fairytale-like castle located above the village of Honau and the Echaz valley. Here you can tour the grounds, interior, have lunch at the large biergarden, hike the many surrounding trails, or enjoy some active fun at the adventurous Ropes Course on-site.
You can either hike up the strenuous trails to get to the castle or drive up to the entrance to park. There is usually a small cost associated (2-3 Euro) but the parking lands you right in the middle of the Ropes Course, biergarten, and castle grounds.
