Four Must See Places in Saarland!
Wolfpark Merzig
This is one of my favorite places. The founder Mr. Werner Freund build it 1977. It is a truly unique experience with so many wolves from all over the world. The park is in the middle of the Merziger forest and it is open Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m – 5 p.m. The entrance is free. And you also can take your dog with you on a short leash. Every first Sunday of the month there is also a free tour at 4 p.m. We took our dogs with us once and the wolves definitely viewed them as their next meal!
