For the truly adventurous or the couple that wants to, Zur Burg also serves a more than 1 kilogram Tomohawk steak. You can feel like you are on “Man vs. Food” while enjoying your night out. The restaurant’s German seasonal dishes do not disappoint either and its take on the crème brulee is not to be missed.

My wife and I happened on Zur Burg by accident on one of our date nights. She ordered a ribeye and I got the tomahawk. Both were absolutely stellar steaks and Im SUPER picky about steaks. NOWHERE in Europe, Asia, or the Middle East serve very good steaks. At least none I’ve found in almost 20 years living abroad. We found good steaks in Bahrain, but other than there, Zur Burg here is the only place I’d recommend.
