Best Date Night Restaurants in the KMC

Mr. Lian’s serves the best sushi in town with an unbelievable presentation. For date night, couples can share the Kama Sutra platter for two, which comes with five types of sushi and uses dry ice to put on a show when it is served. Mr. Lian’s now has two locations – one near Einsiedlerhof and the other in downtown Kaiserslautern.

My wife and I happened on Zur Burg by accident on one of our date nights. She ordered a ribeye and I got the tomahawk. Both were absolutely stellar steaks and Im SUPER picky about steaks. NOWHERE in Europe, Asia, or the Middle East serve very good steaks. At least none I’ve found in almost 20 years living abroad. We found good steaks in Bahrain, but other than there, Zur Burg here is the only place I’d recommend.
